I agree, impossible is too harsh a word.  not prefferable is a better
choice.  if it is easy to use, why do we need help with it?  I tried
using aol a year or so ago with jfw and couldn't even get past the
setup screen after putting in the cd.  I have seen others try and fail
to use aol and they are not helpless when it comes to using jfw.  I am
delighted that you have it working for you but do you know of others
who are totally blind who are using it?
