Is anyone having the following problem?
1. Get into Word 97.
2. Hit ALT-T and down-arrow to "Mail Merge" and hit enter.
3. Use INSERT-NUMPAD-5 to make sure you're on "Create".
4. Now down-arrow. This should bring up a menu of choices.
5. Try arrowing through the menu. In my case, none of the choices speak.
The only way I can find out what choice I'm on is to use INSERT-NUMPAD-8 to
review the line.
This problem has existed since JFW3.3026 in my case, and I was wondering if
anyone else is having the same problem. I'm using 256 colors, and 800 by
600 resolution.
