Hi Linda,
I am not familiar with that version of Quicken, so I'll suggest you try the
following. Look at the options under the Help pull down. It may have a
reference to displaying of the cue cards. If the option is not marked,
press enter to mark it. In order for the cue cards to be read in Quicbooks
99, the screen echo must be set to say all. To test this in your version
of Quicken, I'd set screen echo to say all while in a check writing screen.
Tab through the data entry fields and see if the cards are read.
