I have had that problem but not in outlook Express, but using JAWS 3.2 and
Word2000. The word quality for example is often reported as qualiyy or
qualiry, that is t mistaken for either a y or a r.
Also in MSWord I found I would occasionally have to ALT-TAB out of the
window of focus and back to get all of the text. It helps to know what text
should be there to know what is missing but of course in unfamiliar text it
can sometimes just be confusing to have the context of the information
suddenly go strange.
