JFW331 latest beta and IE5 with Insert-DownArrow

Hi All:  I have the latest beta version and was in IE 5 today.  I pressed
Insert-Down Arrow to have it read the entire page but it didn't.  It would
read for awhile and then just quit.  I tried this on the H.J. page and on
our agency's page HTTP://www.blind.state.ia.us.  Same result.
I've filed a bug report with H.J.
