For all you people out there needing to use Acrobat Reader, this is Marsha. First, if you haven't already done so, do download the Acrobat Reader by going to Adobe.com and then try to chase down that download link. Then after writing down the path to run the install program, then go to the Run prompt and begin the install process. After doing that, you must then download the Acrobat Reader's Access program by going to access.adobe.com. Then go through the same steps that you went through to download the reader. After downloading and installing the program, then you should be able to use it along with the plug-in. The reader and plug-in must be used in tandem.
