Matt,

When you reach a Combo box in Virtual cursor, hit the left mouse key to 
turn on forms mode.  Then arrow through the list of choices.  When you have 
made your choices, either hit tab to go to the next link or press the PC 
cursor key to turn back on the virtual cursor.
