Ok, first the problems: 1. When the virtual cursor is off and one deletes an open message in Outlook Express 5 with CTRL-D, the message that was just deleted is read instead of the next message being read. 2. The above problem *had* been a problem with the virtual cursor on, but that does seem to be fixed in RC 2. However, there is now another problem in OE 5 when the virtual cursor is on. When one hits enter on a message in the message list, the message is opened and the From and Subject lines are read before the message begins reading. That did not used to happen and it's a bit too verbose, since one has just heard that info from the message list. On the other hand, when one deletes the open message (virtual cursor on) with CTRL-D, the next message body begins reading, but the From and Subject lines are not read. In other words, the functionality is backwards. I tried looking at the MSOE scripts to "fix" this problem and it led to the following questions. 1. How does one determine what the current window class is? I tried INSERT-7, but I'm not sure that's giving me the info I want. The edit field contains "Internet Explorer_Server" but according to the scripts, the class should be the "IE4" class. Maybe it is and I'm just looking in the wrong place. 2. What script is run when enter is hit on a message in the message list? In other words, where does the reading of the From and Subject lines occur in this case? Detailed information about this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
