My husband and I both just installed the Jaws RC2. After installing, we
restarted the computer and it no longer said "beta". We are running the
correct version. We even checked in Jaws help menu under about and it was
correct.

You may be defaulting to your previous JFW 3.3.26 on your drive.
If you are using the Release Candidate 2 for most of your work
then check the run JAWS first box. Switching between the two
versions has been extensively covered on this list.
