Hi Michael.

I am by no means an expert in Front Page Express, but it does what you want.

If you don't find it on your PC, run IE5SETUP to reinstall Internet
Explorer.  Do a custom install.  You'll see it in the list.

If you want to look on your system first, look under either Internet
Explorer or Internet Tools in the start menu.
