Reorganizing Records in an Access Database

Selecting the record and then cutting and pasting doesn't seem to work.  Am
I supposed to drag and drop?  How do I do that with JAWS?

Any tips for working with Access or Excel, things which might not be fully
obvious, would be appreciated.
