Dan,
Open the message than open a new message Control + N. Shift tab back to the
message.
Use can use the alt - 1 on the key board. hit the number 1 twice bring over
the jaws cursor than hit the right mouse button. Arrow down to add to
address book hit enter. tab to the Email address hit home Hold down the
shift key and hit end. hold down the control and hit C for copy. Alt tab
until you get back to the new message and hit control + v to paste.
PS Alt + 1 through 6 will read a field such as alt +2 will give you the date
and time.
