Hi adelle, Personally, I found jfw 3.3 a vast improvement over 3.2 in many areas. The eloquence synthesizer is much better, and you also have a way to read your system tray in 3.3. As for 3.31, I don't know, I have yet to try it myself, but I am considering upgrading to it in the near future. If I am correct, since you have no more upgrades, you will have to pay for a maintenance agreement. I think the price is $100. good luck.
