You are right. HJ does need to clarify what's happening with the
betas. But we testers also have a responsibility. We need to report
the bugs to HJ. that's why the betas exist. If we don't report the
bugs, HJ will assume there aren't any and release the product. Of
course, do what you can to see if the bug is truly from JFW so you
don't report erroneous bugs. But if you want a certain problem removed
in the final version, you have to report it to HJ during the beta
stage.
