If you can't afford to upgrade by buying an SMA at the moment, you can also
get at least a small portion of the benefits of the later versions by
downloading and installing the Eloquence Update for JfW 3.2. That gives you
the same speech you get with the later versions of JfW.
I personally am still mostly using JFW 3.2 even though I also have 3.3 on
my system. I personally find 3.2 to be a bit more stable and to work better
with the applications I mostly use.
