This shift key will cause JFW3.3.31 to skip the line it is reading, when you
are in say all. (Insert+down arrow)
It may help to make sure you are in say all by line mode.
(control+F2 then S twice, use the space bar to toggle)

The famous skip-to-next-line-and-continue-reading feature which has
been broken for several releases now still doesn't work.
But the automatica message-reading in Agent is pretty nice.
