Can I call up the IE scripts in an embedded window?

I'm using a program called Esignal. It uses IE to retrieve data from
the web. But it doesn't actually open an IE window. IE is being used
as the brouser, but you remain in the Esignal window. Is there some
way I can call up the IE scripts while I'm in Esignal to see if
they'll work?
