installation lost all functionality of his machine. He reached HJ the
following morning, and after downloading Service Pack 5 for NT, a suggested
fix, the machine was still a mess, only speaking fragments of the screen.
Any suggested solutions would be welcome, But more important, be ready to do
a full restoration of the computer, as was necessary for my colleague.
