If you want to be able to phone to a real telephone , you can use Net2Phone which is
available at www.net2phone.com.
Of course, phone calls are not free except for US tools free numbers.
If you are looking for a software to phone others internet friend, Buddyphone at
www.buddyphone.com is great.
