You need the adobe plugin, no it's not some 3rd party software put out by
some people angry at adobe not being mindfull of our needs, adobe have
actually made a plugin for screenreader users. Now I wish some other
unnamed companies would do the same. Go to http://access.adobe.com for
more info.
