Yes, Harry, you'll have to use ICQ software to chat with me.  Go to this
link and download it free:

It's also possible to chat using a JAVA applet, but JFW doesn't seem to work
with it well.  This will allow you to chat without the ICQ software.  You
can give it a try using the JAWS cursor, but it's very tricky, and can bee
frustrating.  Go to:
