Netscape Composer

Hi!
    I just need Netscape Composer to publish the page.  The person I spoke
with on my campus said most people use Netscape Composer to publish the
page.  He e-mailed me some info, that I just can't seem to understand.  But,
I'm wondering if Front Page Express might be easier.  What do you guys
think?  Please e-mail me privately to get this discussion settled.  Thanks!
