Run JAWS First with JFW NT

Hi All:  We have a client who is now using JAWS NT.  She's on a network,
obviously, and her network person says he doesn't think she can use the Run
JAWS First option.  Is this true or not?  Is there anything she has to be
mindful of here?  I know little about NT, but it seems to me she ought to be
able to use the Run JAWS First option.
