Hi, Marsha here. The Acrobat Reader that does work in JFW is Acrobat 4.0.
Your friend's client would be better off using that program. That can be
downloaded by going to the website www.adobe.com. After downloading the
program, you must use the plug-in which can be gotten with access.adobe.com.
The 4.0 version is the one with the access plug-in. You cannot read files
without it.
