It sounds like the correct scripts are loaded. Whoever wrote the scripts
probably just omitted a little script that makes the announcement in the
insert+Q script. Nothing to be too concerned about.

When I start the program, Insert plus q shows the default scripts are
loaded. I pressed insert plus zero and it put me at the scripts for the
encyclopedia. I pressed ctrl plus s, and then exited. Still the default
scripts get loaded for the encyclopedia.
Where have I blundered?
