john try using alt-enter instead of insert-enter and use control tab to the
second page of the dialog box and the tabing over to shortcut-hotkey wich is
about two tabs and putting the letter you want to use in and press enter.
after this hold down the control plus the alt key and the letter you are
using for the hotkey.
