Adobe's Acrobat Reader 4.0 works great with JFW. You have to have the
Access plugin though.
Here is the addresses for both:

Once you hav the Acrobat Reader up and running and the PDF document you want
to read loaded you just hit control plus the number 4. I believe this
converts the PDF document into a text format that Jaws can read. Its
something like that anyway.
Once you are done with the reader you just hit control plus the letter Q to
close the reader. Check out the menus, you are able to do alot like move to
a certain page or whatever.
