video drivers

Now that I have installed Jaws version 3.31.35, I note on the HJ Web site
that my ATI Expert 98 video card will work with the latest drivers from ATI.
I had to install the 16 bit drivers to get Jaws 3.3 to work. Should I now
install the 32 bit drivers?
