I know of no such software that will work with Windows.  However, the
Screen-power Braille program will allow you to convert your home row into a
Braille-writer type set up to work in Braille.  I assume that you can get
this program from Blazie, since it used to be a telesensory program.  If
there is something like SPB that works with Windows, let me know.
