In Tools Options ControlTab over to the Send Tab, then tab twice or three
times.  You'll find it there, and uncheck it.  Also, if you want, when
replying to a
message, when finished you can press <ShiftControlEnd> then press the delete
key.  All the rest of the thread in your message is deleted because you
selected to end and then deleted your selection.
