I went to windows update and downloaded the stuff and used win95 with no
problem.

Doesn't the Windows Update site require that you be using Windows 98? If
not, does it require the use of Internet Explorer?
Will it work under other conditions? Say, Netscape, IE 3 or 4, or Windows
95?
