Greetings,
This is one weird problem that I am going to report. It makes me suspect
that some of the problems do not involve JAWS so much as might involve the
m s a a.
I have seen this a few times and it concerns me that I can go to a list of
messages that I want to delete. Now i want to delete the right ones of
course. So I started at the bottom and was reading upward on the list
when the JAWS would read only the left half of the subject line.
I had some one check and there is a "cloudier" portion of the screen so to
speak at that point. It involves lines 18 and 19--I do believe. All
other subject lines would be read with the name, subject and date. But on 2
lines--only the name of the sender is read.
I played games deleting messages so that those lines would not be used and
anything "above'" or "below" that point is read in its entiriety.
this has happened intermittently.
Also I think the m s a a may make things a bit more unstable. I am not
blaming JAWS here. JAWS has to work with what Microsoft makes available.
I sure wish there were some one or some place where m s a a problems
could be reported to Microsoft--if they would listen.
I think there needs to be a way to determine which problems are JAWs
relatedand m s a a related so we can get the best software. And I do
likethe new version.
I do not have any "blank spots" on any web pages either-- on that
deleted items column. i suspect that the m s a a might have caused some
glitch since this and other problems never happened in any previous
JAWs version for me in reading a simple column of e-mail messages.
have a great day.
