Henter Joyce is now charging around $20 U.S. for a replacement authorization
disk. They say they'll have one to you in less than 2 weeks but the last
one I saw ordered was delivered in 1 week.
If you can locate your authorization floppy and it is not corrupted, you
should call HJ support. They can give you the code to increase your key
count over the phone. No charge. I'm not sure, but I think they will do
the same via email if you supply your serial number.
