JAWS and ICQ - any conflict??

Hi all

I have a student working with Jaws for Windows and I wondered if ICQ would
conflict with JAWS if it was installed on her machine - I don't wish to
cause her any problems.  

Programs being used:
Jaws 3.3
Windows 98
Office 97
Norton's Antivirus (Norton's causes some problems with speech but is OK)
