I did it. Here is how to download updates with jfw331.
Select the one's you want from the catalog,
next, click the download link.
Third, at the lisons agreement page, exit JFW,
4th pres alt+y, and the download will begin.
Now, rerun jfw by holding the left windows key down, and pressing r. This
places you in the run dialog box. So from here just type "c:\jfw331\jfw"
and press inter. Now, alt tab to the app that is downloading windows
updates, and you can look at the progress info.
