I have used Pegasus Mail with JFW 3.2 and JfW 3.3 together with the scripts
I downloaded and installed from the JfW list homepage.
It worked OK for basic mail functions such as receiving and sending mail.
There was some redundant speech occasionally and such things as attachments
were a lot harder to send and get to as with Eudora, which I normally use.
One feature I pappreciated in my sighted days was Peg Mail's ability to let
me use multiple email accounts. However, I found it impossible to getto
that multiple account feature now using speech. That does not necessarily
mean it is impossible, but I wasn't able to figure out the how there at least.
One big advantage of Peg Mail is that it can be run across a LAN and allows
for multiple users. Setting it up to do so was a bit hairy and required
extensive use of the JAWS cursor and some sighted assistence to help me
figure out what was where the first time I ran the installation. After
that, I was able to set it up up for network or multiple user use.
