Hi Everyone; When I am in my JAWS mail folder, by just hitting any letter repeatedly, I could select all the topics that begin with that letter. I have other folders in OUTLOOK EXPRESS five but, when I am in them, I do not have the same ability. I checked my (view) options and, I could find no difference. What I mean is, when I am in the (jaws) folder I hit a (b) and come up with a topic like "buying a scanner". I do not have this ability in any other folder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
