Hello Friends,
I will get right to the point, I work with a application that is called
EXTRA PERSONAL CLIENT and I have a French version of jfw which is
jfw3.31.38. My problem is that jfw does not follow the cursor correctly,
jaws does not reed the line that my cursor is on, when I press the down
arrow jaws reads the line I just left exammple: suppose my first line says
Marcel giroux and the second line says Anne . If my cursor is on the first
line and I down arrow to the second line jaws will read the first line which
is Marcel and not where my cursor is positioned which is on Anne
I have tried to adjust my cursor tracking with the configuration manager
with no success, I have tried to play with the font and the color of the new
application. Can anyone tell me what else I could try to fix my problem
I know that it my seemed to be a trivial detail to some of you on the list
but for me working with the public and having to give out information at a
fast pace and having jaws skip line or not read it makes it difficult to do
a good job, I would appreciate any help from you guys out their
