Serious problem

Dear Listers 
I am facing the same problem of f6 not speaking in the right pain of help. 
I am having jfw version 3.3 and the same problem occurred in the demo version of 3.2 
which I had downloaded from the website before purchasing jaws.  
Please inform me the solution at
