Kelly, be sure that your "view" is set to 75% and if that does not work, set
it to 100%. You can get to view by pressing the alt key plus letter "v" and
then down arrow to zoom and enter. Then down arrow to 75% and enter. I also
use word 2000 and had to make this change. John in sunny florida
