Hi Sara

You don't have to worry about the authorization disk if you have the 
authorization disk with Jwas 3.31. You can just uninstall the Jaws 3.0 from 
your computer. If you have the upgrade disk then you cannot  uninstall the 
authorization disk of jaws 3.0 which is normally hidden file. And when you 
will uninstall the 3.0 version the authorization would be not removed untill 
you do it maually.
Anyway, if you want to remove the authorization file from the hard drive you 
have to go in view manue and hit enter enter onthe folder options. then 
press control tab once and then tab to tree view and cursor down and check 
the show all file option. Now tab to ok and hit enter. Now you can see all 
file on the hard drive and find the jfw.cps and remove it.
