I go to run and type the path including drive letter of the source
folder.
go to run and type the path including drive letter of target folder.
go to source folder contents list and highlight the file I want to
move/drag, press ctrl+x to cut it to the clib board, go to the target
folder and press ctrl+v to drop it in.
let me know if anything here is unclear.
you can also use my computer or windows explorer or the find command in
combinations for this opperation.  I do not drag and drop but this
serves.
