Hi!

To view the BCC field, do the following:
In the New Message Header
1) Alt + V will activate the View Menu.
2) Arrow down until you hear All Headers.
Now, when you tab, you'll hear all headers.

To view the BCC field in a message you received, follow the same steps, and
this should do it.  Hope this helps.
