Hi! It's Sarah! I don't want to offend anyone but I also don't want to start
a feud.  I can't say I like HJ tech support or not because I used it once.
I don't know about the authouization and defragment problem but you should
all give the person who wrote this message sone respect and consideration.
Thos could have been your problem.  He was mad and just mybe that someone
might help and might share in his voice.  Everyone needs to relax!!!
