Hi Tere,

I've got exactly the same problem when working in Spanish. I think that to solve it 
one needs to go into the Jaws menu and set the punctuation to be controlled by the 
synthesiser. I hope I'm right about this. Are you using Eloquence?
I'll experiment with punctuation and let you know what happens.  The only thing is 
that I'm using JFW3.31, so there may be some differences in the program.
