It isn't so much the particular writer as it is the software you use with
the writer. Many of the writers use the software written by Adaptec. This
isn't the most speech friendly software in the world, but it is certainly
usable with JFW. Myself, I have a HP7510 writer and it uses the Adaptec
software. I have had much success making both audio and data cd's. Thus
far I have not successfully gotten a complete cd to copy using the copier
portion of the Adaptec software, but I am not sure whether it is a speech
problem, an operator problem or the cheap cd blanks that I baught.
