I use to have the same problem with Access32 until I change my color
settings to 16 bit.  Every since I did that I can load JAWS first with
Access32 without an error.  I hope this helps.

        Brian, I do not think the problem to which you refer, concerning the
inability to run jaws first with Access32 and the SB live card is unique to
that sound card.  Like most, I, too, experience this difficulty.  I have
heard, however, from others using soft synthesizers, other than Eloquence,
that similar things occur.  I think it is a matter of how and when JFW
loads itself, a multi-threaded program that is complex, especially when
soft synthesizers are involved.  I suspect that you will simply have to
live with this if you intend to use Access32.  Perhaps, at some time in the
future when JFW hasw seen to other, more serious problems in their
software, they will address this one.
