You need to make your keyboard French-enabled and German-enabled to be able
to type accented vowels and consonnants accurately while sparing yourself
the extra and often inaccurate step of alt key plus numbers. To do that, go
to control panel and select keyboard from the list of items there. Press
enter key on it then tab over to the language tab. Tab till you hear
(language Add button) then press enter key. Arrow down to highlight which
language you want added then tab to the okay button and press enter. You can
use this method to add as many languages as you wish. You can tab over to
the field where you can specify how you wish to switch between various
languages. There are 3 items which you can choose from: alt+shift or
control+shift or none. If you go for the latter choice, then you can only
switch from one language keyboard to another by going to your system tray
with insert+f11 and selecting the icon for your default language keyboard.
Afterward, tab till you hear jaws say: "left double click button". There,
press enter and highlight the language keyboard you wish to use with the up
and down arrows and press the enter key.
