More info on IE5 and JFW

Hi David and Listers,

I just installed JFW 3.31.35 at work and also upgraded to IE5 from the
3.31.35 CD.  At work, I have a 40 bit version, so that answers David's
question on what was shipped on the Jaws CD.  Apparently, anybody wanting
the 128 bit version will have to go to the updates page to get the update
patch.
