Dean, I would call HJ to walk you through this.  I called them with the same
problem and they infact had me delete the file you noted and then let the
jaws"manage authorizations" install the new key from the new authorization
disk they sent me.  That said, I would still call HJ Monday and let them
walk you through this.  Sometimes strange things can happen and their tech
support can guide the possible strange happenings if they infact occur. John
